We are thrilled to unveil the updated name for our Youth Program!
Over the years, our youth gardening initiative has been known as Jr. Master Gardeners, a program affiliated with Texas A&M. Although we have incorporated elements from this esteemed program, its comprehensive nature has led us to tailor our approach. After consulting with our young gardeners and the CCMG Board, we are proud to introduce the new name:
Carroll County 4-H Gardeners ~
"Growing Green Thumbs"
logo created by: Brandy Duncan, CCMG Trainee
The Carroll County Master Gardeners in cooperation with the Carroll County 4-H program will be hosting the youth gardening program once a month at the Carroll County Ag Center.
The club will meet on the 2nd Monday of each month from
September through May.
The start date will be
September 11, 2023
