Please click on the form at the left for the printable hardcopy. The electronic fillable one is the little green link that says 2026 Event Link Form.Â
Please fill it out and send an email to gliberty2010@gmail.com to let Gail know you filled it out. (If you use the hard copy, please scan it in and send to Gail by email.)
Keep in mind that the deadline for submitting advertising information is at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date. (Note: The shorter the notice, the less advertising will be available for the event.)
For larger events requiring publication in local newspapers, calendars, etc., please provide information three to four months (or more) in advance to ensure optimal advertising coverage, if possible.
There are pink forms available in the CCMG office for those without a printer.
Please also notify the Communication Chairperson about your submission and the method you used, so they can expect its arrival. Failing to inform the Chairperson will lead to delays in advertising.
