Event Advertising Information
Please click on the form at the left. Unfortunately it is no longer a "fillable" document. Please print it and fill it out completely. Then either scan it in or take a photo and email to gliberty2010@gmail.com if you are able. Please then put in the COMMUNICATIONS FOLDER in the office. . When placing in the folder without emailing a copy first, you must text the communications chair at (770)403-3241 to let her know the form is in the folder.
Keep in mind that the deadline for submitting advertising information is at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date. (Note: The shorter the notice, the less advertising will be available for the event.)
For larger events requiring publication in local newspapers, calendars, etc., please provide information three to four months (or more) in advance to ensure optimal advertising coverage, if possible.
There are pink forms available in the CCMG office for those without a printer.
Please also notify the Communication Chairperson about your submission and the method you used, so they can expect its arrival. Failing to inform the Chairperson will lead to delays in advertising.
